Morning PowerBowl Smoothie

Here’s a great way to increase your nutrient intake, with lots of colourful fruits to provide antioxidants and healthy fats from nuts and seeds.

Ingredients:

50g/ 1 3/4 oz strawberries

50g/ 1 3/4 oz blackberries

50g/ 1 3/4 oz raspberries

1 banana, peeled

150ml/5 fl oz hemp milk

1 tbsp coconut oil

1 tbsp ground almonds

1 kiwi peeled and sliced

2 tsp chia seeds

1 small mango, peeled stoned and chopped

1 tbsp chopped walnuts

2 tsp toasted sesame seeds

 

  1. Place the strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, half the banana, the hemp milk, coconut oil and ground almonds in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a bowl and place the remaining ingredients on top to serve.
